Silver holographic security labels are an affordable security option for plastic ID cards made using a digital ID card printer or a heat-sealed laminating pouch.
Hologram labels cannot be reproduced with a digital scanner or photocopier, and are a proven method for combating counterfeiting.

Custom imprinted hologram labels
Choose from over 25 stock images to imprint with your company name or logo to create a unique and affordable security feature. The silver holographic background diffracts light in a rainbow of colors.
The custom imprint must be unique text or a unique logo. For added security, we maintain a registry of all custom imprints to prevent more than one customer from using the same custom imprint.
Your company name or logo is custom imprinted in durable black ink on top of the silver holographic background. Optional imprint colors of red, blue, and green are available. All hologram labels are tamper evident -- if the label is removed after initial application, the hologram self-destructs.

| APPLICATION INFORMATION
|
| If printing ID cards with an ID card printer, the label should be applied AFTER the card has been printed. Applying the label before printing may interfere with the print quality and may damage the print head.
|
| If laminating, the recommended method is to apply the label to the card insert before heat sealing the pouch. However, labels can also be applied to the outside of a laminated ID card.
|
| Labels are constructed of polyester film, die cut to size for easy removal and provided on rolls with “peel and stick” adhesive backing. The adhesive is compatible with most papers, plastics and other non-porous surfaces.
|
| Each roll of custom imprinted labels (maximum 2000 labels/carton) is provided with a dispenser carton.
|
| To apply labels, the minimum application temperature is +35F and the application surface must be clean and dry. After application, the service temperature range is –50F to +200F.
|
| Stock labels are intended for manual affixing. Labels may be supplied on paper or film backing.
|
| Labels are suitable for indoor and outdoor applications; the expected life is 1 year.
|
| The silver label and colored imprint ink are colorfast for exposure to sunlight for at least one year.
|
| If the label is exposed to harsh chemicals or excessive abrasion, the custom imprint may be damaged. For this type of application an optional clear lamination over the custom imprint may be required for maximum durability. Please call 1-866-458-6999 for availability and pricing.
