Hi Jeff, Thanks again for bringing in Al on such short notice. Also, a huge shoutout to Al for working so diligently in a loud and chaotic environment, and for showing us some great tips and tricks with these new printers. Al wasn’t able to fully resolve one of the printers due to some colour streaking, so he brought it back with him for further maintenance. The good news is that leaves us with six printers to work from in the meantime. Thanks again for all your support and collaboration!

Thank you SO SO SO much

Good afternoon, Jeff! My team had packed the hole punches in a different box, so don't be alarmed if the first one that's opened has empty hole punch boxes. We were able to make use of one of the ZXP 3s with another department--which they are extremely grateful for. Attendee satisfaction and enjoyment of the convention depends heavily on their experience at Registration. A long wait time for passes can sour the entire weekend and we would not have been able to process everyone as quickly as we did if not for your assistance. In the end, we had record-setting numbers and were able to raise over $22,000 for our charity this year, something that might not have been possible if not for the quick assistance of you and your team. From all of us here, thank you SO SO SO much for all your help!

Event went off beautifully

Good afternoon, Jeff! The event went off beautifully. Our IT team was amused to find that one of the printers still had our network configuration from last year. I'm just in the process of looking for a local Purolator hub so I can get these boxes sent back to you.
