We want you to be happy with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your stock purchase items you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a Money Back Guarantee on open, used, custom made items, special orders, or any printers.
Due to the nature of Interac e-Transfers we are unable to refund or exchange any transactions where an Interac e-Transfer was used as we have no way of verifying where the payment originated.
NOTE: Open merchandise is not returnable and all other returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 30%.
