Please update cardPresso version to the latest version available for your OS here.
Download Cardpresso
If the license still not being recognized
Method 1: Recover the License
Open cardPresso.
Go to Menu → CP → cardPresso License.
Click Recover Online (or Verify Online).
Close cardPresso completely, then reopen it.
If the license is still not recognized, continue with Method 2.
Method 2: Format the USB & Rebuild the License
⚠️ Important: If you have personal files saved on the USB, back them up before formatting.
Format the USB drive
Open File Explorer.
Click This PC in the left panel.
Under Devices and drives, right-click the USB drive and select Format.
In the File system dropdown, choose FAT32.
In the Volume label field, enter a name (e.g.,
CardPresso
).Under Format options, check Quick Format.
Click Start, then click Yes to confirm.
Rebuild the license on USB
Open cardPresso.
Go to Menu → CP → cardPresso License → USB tab.
Click Verify Online.
The license should now connect to the cardPresso server and rebuild.
A green checkmark will appear when the process is complete.
Verify license detection
Close cardPresso completely.
Reopen it to confirm the license is recognized.
