Calibrate Color Sensor on a ZXP Series 7
If you are having problems printing with your Zebra ZXP Series 7 printer, you may have an issue with your ribbon sensors.
How to Calibrate the Ribbon Sensor
- Go into the ZXP 7 toolbox and select the Printer Settings tab. Select the Advanced Settings button in the bottom right hand corner. The Password is ZebraZXPS7 (case sensitive).
- Select the Diagnostics tab and under the Calibration section select the tricolor command. Press Run, but make sure you remove the ribbon before performing the calibration.
