Good afternoon, Jeff! My team had packed the hole punches in a different box, so don't be alarmed if the first one that's opened has empty hole punch boxes. We were able to make use of one of the ZXP 3s with another department--which they are extremely grateful for. Attendee satisfaction and enjoyment of the convention depends heavily on their experience at Registration. A long wait time for passes can sour the entire weekend and we would not have been able to process everyone as quickly as we did if not for your assistance. Event went off beautifully

Good afternoon, Jeff! The event went off beautifully. Our IT team was amused to find that one of the printers still had our network configuration from last year. I'm just in the process of looking for a local Purolator hub so I can get these boxes sent back to you.
